The insurance does not cover damage to wheels, undercarriage, glass,interior damage, or any damage caused by negligence, off-road driving, or failure to report an incident properly.
TPL covers damage or injury you may cause to other people's property or vehicles, or injuries to other persons, up to €1,300,000 for material damages and €1,300,000 for bodily injury.
The maximum amount for the vehicle damage is €4,750, beyond which the renter is responsible for the additional repair costs.
PAI provides coverage for medical expenses and accident protection for the driver and passengers, up to €45.000.
The plus package reduces or removes the excess for vehicle damage and includes personal accident insurance,legal assistance. and 24/7 roadside support.
The Plus package includes Third Party Liability (TPL), Collision Damage Waiver Plus (CDWP), Personal Accident Insurance (PAI), Legal Assistance (LA), and Road Assistance (RA).
The excess amounts range from €700 for small cars to €2000 for premium cars. The renter is responsible for damages above this amount.
CDW covers damage to the rental vehicle’s in case of collision. The renter is liable for an excess amount, which varies by vehicle category.
Basic insurance is included, providing coverage for Third Party Liability (TLP) and Collision Damage Waiver (CDW). Additional insurance options, such as Plus package, are available for an extra fee.
Τhe security deposit will be refunded after the vehicle is returned in the agreed condition,free from damages, fines,or fuel discrepancies.

No refunds will be issued for unused days if you return the vehicle early.The rental is charged for the entire period initially booked.

Returning the car to a different location incurs a one-way drop-off fee, which ranges from €40 to €150 depending o n the distance between locations.
Our standard hours are 09:00 to 21:00. After-hours pick-up/drop-off is available with a surcharge: €25 for 21:00-00:00, €40 for 00:00-07:00, and €25 for 07:00-09:00.
If you return the car late without prior approval,a grace period of one hour is allowed. After that, additional charges will apply.
Our vehicles are only allowed on paved roads. Off-road or unpaved road use is prohibited and can lead to non-coverage by insurance.
A €40 administration fee will be charged to cover processing of paperwork and insurance reports in case of an accident.
If the vehicle is excessively dirty (e.g., stains,sand,mud), a €90 deep cleaning fee will apply.
Pets are allowed with prior approval,which must be obtained from the specific rental station where the vehicle is picked up. Ensure the vehicle is thoroughly cleaned of any pet hair or dirt before returning to avoid cleaning fees.
Smoking in the rental vehicle is not permitted. A cleaning fee may apply if smoke odor is detected.
You are responsible for any traffic violations or fines during the rental period. If a fine is issued to us, we will forward your details to the relevant authorities.
Rentals for 1-2 days include 150km/day. Rentals for 3 to 28 days include unlimited mileage.Rentals for 28 days or more have a 4000 km limit.
We follow a same-to-same fuel policy. The vehicle will be provided with a certain fuel level, and you must return it with the same level. If the car is returned with less fuel, you will be charged for the missing fuel plus €12 refueling service fee.
Yes, additional drivers are allowed, provided they meet the same requirements as the main driver. The first additional driver is free, while a €3/day fee applies for the second additional driver.
Drivers should be at least 21 years old. For SUVs and Premium vehicles, the age limit starts at 23 years old .Drivers over 70 years old can rent with Extended Age Coverage for an additional fee.
A credit card is required only for pick-up at Thessaloniki, Kavala and Larnaca Stations.For all other locations, payments can be made using debit cards or cash.
At pick-up, you need to present your driver’s licence, a valid passport or ID card, and a valid credit/debit card for security verification and deposit.

In the event of a flight delay , please inform us as soon as possible. If you have provided us with your flight number, we can monitor the status and track any potential delays. We will adjust scheduled meeting time accordingly and ensure that your reservation remains active beyond the original timing.
